Suite con SPA privado en Bologna,
bajo los pórticos.

Positivo: Really good communication which made check in and out super easy. Very convenient apartment. Recommend.

A mejorar: Some might think it was a bit far out. Not a problem for us because it was a nice walk into the centre.

Positivo: Posizione e vista. Letti comodi Appartamento pulito

A mejorar: Rumore dei dispositivi di areazione.

Just go and enjoy! Amaizing place and Filippo has a very rare hosting service. Simply comfortable and welcoming. Definitely would be back.

Matched the photos and descriptions. Perfect for a 3 night stay. Kitchen was a bit basic if you wanted to eat breakfast in. It would be perfect if the table was in the kitchen (ample space) and there was a sofa in the living room. Staff was most helpful to store our luggage so we didn’t need to book (and pay for) late checkout.

Positivo: Tesisin konumu gayet makul. Çalışan arkadaş da gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

A mejorar: Sadece mutfak çok küçüktü. Malzemeleri yıkarken yerler ıslanıyordu.

Positivo: Well equipped with everything we needed and more, lovely clean fluffy white bathroom towels. Perhaps the addition of a few coat hooks to hang outdoor jackets when we arrived back to the apartment and maybe somewhere to store our shoes as it is our habit at home to remove outdoor shoes and change into slippers for walking around the house.👍

A mejorar: There was a stain on the sofa (perhaps made by a previous uncaring guest)so we didn’t use it during our stay.

Positivo: Great location close to super markets and city center, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, big fridge, convenient parking spot for the car.

A mejorar: Too many codes to enter the front yard, the buliding door, the apartment, the garage.

Positivo: Tutto perfetto, pulizia, camera super spaziosa, bagno e cucina tutto nuovo ordinato e pulito. Personal molto disponibile e gentile

Positivo: Posizione Servizi

Positivo: It was a great spot, easy walk to the fair and easy walk into the city. They also include transfers to and from airport and the fair grounds as well as a stocker mini bar and snack bar in the room

A mejorar: This is a tricky one. It was very expensive BUT but that’s what happens in Bologna during the fairs and in particular Cosmoprof. It’s market forces I suppose but still it does hurt!

Ottima assistenza e accoglienza grazie

Positivo: Stanza pulita e con biancheria perfetta, tutto in ordine. Mi sono trovato benissimo in questa struttura.

A mejorar: Lawaai van bovenburen

Positivo: Zentrale Lage fussläufig vom Bahnhof Bologna Centrale in gut zehn Minuten leicht erreichbar. Bequemes Bett - Matratze fest ( was wir schätzen). Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Check-In erfolgt primär online.

Positivo: Posizione facile da raggiungere se vieni in treno. Letto comodo bagno completo e doccia perfetta.

A mejorar: Nulla

Positivo: Clean, well-equiped! Friendly and welcoming host!

Grandiosi

A mejorar: Mi è piaciuto tutto

A mejorar: Nulla!

Positivo: La casa è molto luminosa, è in un posizione ottima.

A mejorar: Il bagno cieco

Positivo: Excellent location and very airy

A mejorar: Nothing really, only minor problem was some of the locks were a little temperamental

Inoltre abbiamo riscontrato alcuni aspetti poco curati (divano in cattive condizioni, asciugamano macchiato e TV non smart nonostante fosse indicata come racconto).

A mejorar:

A mejorar: Era tutto perfetto

Positivo: Tutto

A mejorar: Klimanın sadece soğuk özelliği vardı sıcak özelliği yoktu

Istruzioni semplici staff gentile e camera pulita!

Positivo: Modern, tidy and spacious apartment. Located close to the train station, and 10-minute walk into the city center.

A mejorar: The apartment is on a very busy road, so there is a lot of traffic noise throughout the night, and especially in the early morning. I stayed for 9 nights, and while I understood there is no cleaning throughout the stay there was also no basic cleaning equipment to help keep the apartment tidy and I had to request additional rubbish bags, a broom, and toilet paper.

Positivo: Tutto perfetto

Positivo: Tutto

Positivo: Large apartment with very comfortable bed, very close to train station and short walk to city centre. Nice touches with the coffee machine and pods for our stay. Excellent communication from the host.

Positivo: - L’ingresso autonomo; - I servizi disponibili (ampia vasca a idromassaggio, sauna, ampia doccia con illuminazione led regolabile/multicolore); - La buona dotazione di asciugamani per le varie attività. - Il pacchetto frigo bar / all inclusive molto conveniente. - Il caffè di buona qualità. - Il climatizzatore autonomo. - L’essenziale deumidificatore.

Sistemazione molto favorevole. Consigliabile.

Positivo: Clean and simple.

A mejorar: Restriction on the timing on the washing machine and tough if have large and heavy luggage.
