Great apartment and very spacious. Only drawback was that the heating would not work. Having contacted the host we were informed that the heating in the apartment block was centrally controlled and not available until later in October. This left us unable to dry any clothes and made for a damp first couple of days.

Positive: Новий комплекс, охайний, чудове місце розташування. Поруч автовокзал і залізниця. До центру теж не далеко йти. Тераса з чудовим видом.
To improve: Занадто м'який матрац, відчуття як у гамаку. Деякі меблі не нові. Не вистачало одноразових капців, щоб виходити на терасу, там достатньо брудна підлога (і це нормально, вона відкрита).

Positive: We were only here for 1 night. The accommodation has very comfortable beds. There's a coffee machine with capsules. The accommodation is located near the train station. It is a multi-building complex, the instructions with photos that were sent to us were very helpful. You cannot set the temperature on the air conditioning directly with the remote control, you have to contact the accommodation provider to set the temperature remotely. If you want to park at the property, they will offer you a parking space in the garage for 25 euros per night.
To improve: My only complaint would be that there were no decorations/pictures on the apartment. You can see that they rent multiple apartments and don't have time to deal with decorating

Nice stay in Bologna. The loft was good for a group and everything was perfect. You have to walk 10-15 minutes to the city center but otherwise it is a very good option with a good price.

Positive: The instructions to access the apartment and garage were incredibly detailed and very helpful. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a large complex with several buildings, on a major road on one side and the main train station on the other. We heard almost no noise! It’s an easy 20 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The apartment we had is effectively one room with ensuite. One one side is the fully equipped kitchen and dining table and on the other is the bed and lots of cupboards. Huge balcony. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything you would need. The car park, building and apartment all require a unique code to enter so it feels extra safe, not that the area felt otherwise.
To improve: Took forever for the hot water to come through when you ran a tap.

Positive: The staff at 4Star Family & Friends was exceptional. Very responsive to any question or request I had. Kitchen was supplied with coffee pods (4), a bottle of water in the refrigerator! It was on the 10th floor of the building with a great elevator and the building was well kept and felt very secure. A tenant in the building was playing their music until way past 10pm which was annoying. There’s a beautiful large terrace but it only contains a table and 4 wood slat chairs. It could be so much more enjoyable if there was a sofa or comfortable chairs to take advantage of the great views. Lighting in the bathroom was pretty dim. The washer is great and there’s a clothes rack to hang clothes out on the terrace.

Positive: Man fick alla uppgifter man behövde för att använda self check-in. Förklaring och beskrivning hur man gick tillväga kunde inte varit bättre. Smidigt och lätt. Lägenheten var perfekt, fräsch och sängarna var supersköna. Närheten till centrum var ett plus i kanten, tog ingen tid alls. Vi stannade tyvärr bara en natt. Men vi kommer att komma tillbaka, så nästa gång kommer vi att stanna någon natt längre så man kan utforska Bologna fullt ut.

Simple apartment which is very near the train station and walkable distance to cafes and restaurants. We deposited our luggage with the host when we arrived early, prior to check and she helped moved our 7 heavy luggages to the apartment when the apartment was ready. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Positive: Ottima posizione con il centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in soli 15/20 min ca senza alcun problema di orientamento e senza bisogno di mezzi pubblici. Contesto ben tenuto, molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Appartamento pulito e luminoso, spazioso e ottimamente riscaldato. Camera da letto molto grande e comoda, entrata e soggiorno ampi. Ci sono venuti incontro avendo potuto lasciare la macchina in garage per diverse ore anche dopo il check-out, permettendoci cosi' di prolungare la nostra permanenza a Bologna senza l'angoscia di cercare un nuovo parcheggio custodito.
To improve: Chechk-in piuttosto macchinoso ed estrema (mia) difficolta' per il pagamento del parcheggio. Carta di credito accettata per il pagamento dell'appartamento e stessa carta rifiutata per il pagamento del parcheggio. Se non avessi avuto una valida alternativa di appoggio, non so come avrei fatto. Divano letto scomodo e infossato. Cartucce dell'ottimo caffe' letteralmente "contate" come i bicchieri a disposizione. Carente WI-Fi all'interno del garage per l'apertura del cancello al check-out.

Positive: Facil entrada, fue todo muy practico, estaba muy bien ubicado y estaba muy bien climatizado el cuarto. Nos pusieron los dos cuartos enseguida del otro como se solicito. La reserva fue en corto tiempo de antelacion y aun asi los cuartos estuvieron listos.

Positive: The apartment was located in a gated community on a high floor, offering beautiful views from the lovely terrace- a real highlight! It was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
To improve: One minor downside: the air conditioning can only be adjusted remotely through the management office, so you have to contact them if you want to change the temperature. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit inconvenient.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser grossen Wohnung, die Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen bietet. Für die zwei Badezimmer waren wir dankbar. Alles entsprach der Ausschreibung und wir fanden die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich vor.

Positive: Location was only 10-minute walk from train station. Balcony off all 3 rooms and kitchen. Rooms were nice and roomy. Washing machine was a wonderful addition. Kitchen was large and well-equipped. The instructions to enter the apartment were perfectly detailed with pictures. A very informative welcome booklet was also provided.
To improve: Only small issue was a missing remote control in one of the rooms but I didn’t notice until the day we left. One chair looked like a drink had been spilled on it. Otherwise very satisfied with the accommodation.
