9.1 out of 10 for our SPA suites
An average of more than 470 verified reviews on Booking and Airbnb.
“Spotlessly clean and very comfortable property; the hydromassage tub is spectacular! The projector over the tub is exceptional, the mattress comfortable. The instructions for access and for using the facilities are very precise and clear.”
“A quality hydromassage tub, quiet and with many functions — hard to find even in more conventional hotels — and an in-room sauna. The Richmond bath products are excellent, the ambient lighting is adjustable, and there’s a speaker for music and a smart TV.”
“A little in-room SPA to enjoy relaxation in privacy. A large hydromassage tub, a sauna, a spacious shower with adjustable, multicolour LED lighting.”
“I loved everything about the property: comfortable, quiet rooms, impeccable cleanliness, professional staff who were always available, a great area near the station and the centre. Highly recommended.”
“A very clean, well-kept property in a truly convenient central location. The shuttle service was always available and punctual, a real added value. Highly recommended!”

- Il pacchetto frigo bar / all inclusive molto conveniente. - Il caffè di buona qualità. - Il climatizzatore autonomo. - L’essenziale deumidificatore.

Positive: The room was great and clean. The bathroom is of high standard. Check-in and check out was very easy and very good communication through Whatsapp. Good location for the train station and few bars and restaurants nearby I recommend strongly this place.
To improve: The only improvement would be how to operate the jacuzzi. You only need to make sure you always have your mobile with sufficient battery but this is a minor thing.

Positive: Komfortowy pokój z jacuzzi, dobrze wyposażony, z kompletem kosmetyków i przyborów toaletowych. Duże i wygodne łóżko. Ekspres na kapsułki. Dobrze zaopatrzony płatny minibar. Lokalizacja dobra - prawie centrum Bolonii, blisko dworca. Do wszystkiego instrukcja na Whats'App.
To improve: Trochę zamieszania z adresem - inny numer domu na Booking. Parking podziemny trzy budynki dalej.

Positive: The location is great for a Bologna escape. Situated right beside the train station it easy to get in/ and out of town which we did several times as we venture into neighbouring towns and attractions. It's still only a short 10 minute walk into the heart of town, an easy walk for anyone that is reasonably mobile.
To improve: I found the check-in process somewhat aggravating. The staff are very good with explaining the entry process but there are no signs anywhere stating that you are in/near/close to the property. The taxi driver tried to help us but even he gave up in the end. When we found the actual address, the phone number that opens the door didn't work, until we realised it was the next door down. When you have big luggage this is somewhat annoying. That said, I am an older traveller and I accept that this may not have been an issue for a younger person, so take it for what it is, just me being grumpy.
