Perfetto

Ok

Positivo: Perfectly clean, excellent location for walking to city center and train station, either for coming from or going to the airport, all facilities were available!

Da migliorare: There was nothing we didn't like - it was perfect for the short stay we had.

fantastic comfortable suite

Really impressed with this stay! We booked it last minute on the day due to a change of flights / illness and the hosts were kind enough to offer an early check in. The location was great as we needed to hop on a train to the airport the next day. Loved the spa bath, big bed and Netflix on the telly!

Positivo: Nice jacuzzi

Positivo: Great location and lovely room and the team were very helpful in sorting issues.

Da migliorare: A bit tricky to find (there are two blocks for the rooms but this wasn’t made clear, so we tried to enter the wrong area and nothing worked) … the room was cool but quickly warmed up once had help with the AC unit … the floor was cold (the time of year I guess!) All sorted though …

Positivo: The property was entirely lovely! And just as expected. Location isn’t bad at all, 20m from the centre by walk, 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Easy to find, staff were helpful and was a nice homely place to return to after a day out in Bologna

Da migliorare: Very very very minor but the overhead shower began dripping on me during my shower, and the water on it smelled old and nasty.

Bellissimo! Jacuzzi valore aggiunto. Ci torneremo

Positivo: Detailed instructions what to do. Also they provided great tips for tourism and restaurants.

Da migliorare: Maybe some clarity regarding coffee machine. Like can you use tap water or not etc.

Torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Positivo: the service and facilities were lovely . excellent instructions .

Da migliorare: I wasn’t too keen on the self check in service - I prefer seeing people however it was very efficient and easy to use .

Positivo: Self check-in was easy, great base for a long weekend

Thank you do much for the great hospitality and being there for every question we have about the city 👌🏻🤩

The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host communication was very professional.

tutto molto bene

Positivo: Location was good and accommodation was comfortable.

Da migliorare: It has a kitchenette but this is small and not very practical e.g. no plug for the sing so washing up even a cup or glass was not easy.

Positivo: Good everything

Da migliorare: All

Ho trovato facilmente la struttura e altrettanto facilmente ho fatto l'accesso. Tutto molto accogliente.

Positivo: Although we could only book last minute communication was great and everything was managed professionally. However I recommend to book at least 2 hours before arrival to avoid any difficulties. The place was good located, very clean and everything inside was working perfectly.

Positivo: Posto tranquillo, curato e davvero bello. Tutto perfetto. Colazione fantastica nell'atrio esterno. Siamo stati trattati veramente bene e ci torneremo sicuramente

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato!

Positivo: The property was immaculate , great location, just few minutes walking to the train station. There are many bars and good restaurants nearby.

Positivo: Nice room, clean and with everything necessary for comfortable stay. Location is great and instructions from the host are impeccable. Self check-in made easy. On our last day they offered us a complimentary breakfast in a nearby local bar, which was a nice touch. Parking is available in a secure garage. Be careful not to drain your phone battery while taking photos outside as you need your phone to enter the building. We almost stayed locked out because of this, luckily there were more people entering the building at the time so we managed to get in with them :D

Tutto perfetto

Positivo: Komfortables CkeckIn, gute Lage Nähe Bahnhof.

Positivo: Rent

Positivo: A short, safe walk to the train station. Bed was fine. Shower had very not water, and good water pressure. Staff were right next door (although hours were only 12-8). Heat worked fine. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Washer/dryer in hallway. Room darkening blinds

Da migliorare: Wireless has weak security because of simple password. There are no sharp knives in the kitchen.
