Ferrari Trento Brut DOC 750ml bottle – € 30 Ferrari’s Trento Brut is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Val di Cembra and Valle dei Langhi, on the hills of Trentino. It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. After the classic white vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method with aging for at least 24 months on its own yeasts. It is characterized by a straw yellow color, with soft greenish reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of Golden apples and wildflowers. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with hints of ripe fruit and a characteristic note of bread crust. A sparkling wine for the whole meal, it is ideal to accompany the aperitif.

Veuve Pelletier Brut Champagne 750ml 30 € – Veuve Pelletier Brut champagne is excellent value for money. It comes from the Montagna di Reims, a geographical area known for the strength and structure of its champagnes, and is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. It is a fine and balanced champagne, characterized by abundant bubbles and hints of white fruit, almond and citrus. Once tasted, it is fresh, fruity and persistent, with a creamy texture.

Champagne Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label 750ml €80 – Golden straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The smell reveals beautiful and intense notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers embellished with a strong mineral trace, almost chalky. On the palate it is sumptuous, fresh, seductive, very lasting and very pleasant. He blends 30-45% reserve wines with grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different crus. The Pinot Noir predominance (50-55%) provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay (28-33%) adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier (15-20%) rounds out the blend. The long aging in our Crayères (3 years minimum for Yellow Label) gives silkiness to the Champagne.

Champagne Brut “Moët Impérial” – Moët & Chandon 70 € – A true icon, the Impérial was born in 1869 and has embodied the unique style of Moët & Chandon for centuries. A Champagne that stands out for its luminous fruity trace, for its fresh and seductive mouth, for its elegant maturity. The Champagne par excellence, by far the most popular in the world. Golden straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals beautiful and intense notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers embellished with a strong mineral trace, almost chalky. On the palate it is sumptuous, fresh, seductive, very long and very pleasant.

This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of Bellavista’s signature Franciacorta method. It is made from predominantly chardonnay grapes, then pinot noir and a small proportion of pinot blanc. In the cellar, it is blended from numerous harvest selections and some ‘reserve’ wines from previous vintages. The colour of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous. Broad and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers and notes of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savoury and complete, fresh and vibrant, decidedly coherent on the aromatic level. The finish is long and harmonious.
